Privacy notice

offtrack is an internal tool of Offsite Solutions: it shows the threads and open items of work done with Claude Code on one map. This notice describes what data it processes and why.

What we store

• Sign-in: your Google account's name, email address and Google ID. We store no passwords.
• Work data: what your Claude Code sessions or you add: milestones, open branches, manual tasks, ideas, notes, deadlines, thread and project names, with timestamps.
• Session data: the session ID, the working directory path, the client type and the process ID, so a report lands in the right project.
• Access: client tokens and web sessions are stored only as hashes (irreversible fingerprints).

Who can see it

A project is visible only to its members; a new project belongs to its creator alone. An idea stays private, even in a shared project, until its owner publishes it. The administrator manages users and access; through the interface and the API they cannot see other people's private projects or ideas. The operator has technical access to the server.

Where and how long

The data lives on a server in Hungary operated by Offsite Solutions. It is kept while your account is active. Daily backups are kept for 14 days on the server and 90 days on the backup storage.

Cookies and third parties

We use a single cookie: ot_s, to keep you signed in, for 30 days. No tracking, analytics or advertising. Google handles authentication when you sign in; no other third party receives data.
